Our History
The Little by Little Foundation provides financial literacy programming through affiliate organizations which reach more than 200 elementary, middle and high school students in the Atlanta area annually. Additional program initiatives include wealth and credit management workshops, first-time home buyer classes and trade school scholarships. We know that college isn’t a viable option for everyone, so our annual Little by Little Foundation Trade School Scholarship awards students seeking vocational training at a trade school or technical college, up to $1000 in scholarship funds. By encouraging entrepreneurship and financial responsibility, we are building future generations of leaders, little by little!
We are consistently growing our programs and reach, all thanks to the helping hands of our amazing community and supporters.
Our Programs
The Little By Little Foundation Scholarship
The Little by Little Foundation Trade School Scholarship awards up to $1000 to students pursuing vocational training at a trade school or technical college.
Scholarship Eligibility:
- Open to all legal residents of GA who will be eighteen 18 years of age or older by the start date of the enrolled program
- Have applied for and have been accepted to a state approved pre-licensing program or accredited trade school or technical college
- Are eligible to sit for a State recognized licensing examination in the industry upon completion of State required hours
- Are not currently licensed in the industry in any State
- Eligible to obtain a State-recognized license in the trade industry
Focus For Your Future!
Our cornerstone literacy program, Focus For Your Future encourages teens and young adults to play an active role in their financial well-being. Developing financial literacy increases available life opportunities such as home ownership, higher education, and secure retirement.
